Major League Baseball introduces the Hank Award as an annual award for
the best hitter in each league.

The first Hank Aaron Award, presented by Country Time® Lemonade, is
currently scheduled to be awarded to an American and National League player
during Major League Baseball's 1999 World Series.

Major League Baseball will produce a television and print advertising campaign,
honoring Hank to begin airing/running nationally in March.

On April 8th, Major League Baseball and the Atlanta Braves celebrate the
Anniversary in a nationally televised ceremony (telecast on TBS) prior
to the Braves vs. Phillies game.

Major League Baseball clubs will honor Hank's achievements and raise funds
for his Chasing the Dream Foundation, through a variety of special celebrations
at ballparks around the Leagues throughout the 1999 season.

Over 25 Major League Baseball licensing partners will produce Hank Aaron
identified merchandise ranging from apparel to collectibles.

A new book, licensed by Major League Baseball titled Home Run: My Life
in Pictures by Hank Aaron with Dick Schaap, will be published by Total
Sports in March. Ted Williams, Jerome Holtzman and over 80 other notable
friends contribute essays and comments on the impact of Hank's achievements.

The Hall of Fame will commemorate the Anniversary by featuring a collage
of Hank Aaron related artifacts on their admission tickets during 1999.
